Draw fort: since it does not matter what black does white moves e10-f10, g9-g11, h10-g10, then g11-f11

Correct!
Black can only delay white with f7-g7 and then g7-g10 (the king has at this point reached g11). But the black piece is then killed by g2-g9xg10, and the exit fort is finished in the next move.
