Learning & practice Tools

Post by MrTopom » Wed Jul 12, 2017 10:38 am

Hello,

I would like to know what is the most used way to learn and practice the game.

- With friends
- Online
- Local Against an AI

Is there any good program you use to test or look for strategy ?

Regards
Arnaud

Since noone else has answered yet, I'll try and give my bid on this one.
This is just my personal experience and probably not typical.

Friends and family here are not much into board games, I'm sorry to say, they don't even play chess anymore.

So in this case there's only the internet; I learn and practice tafl with players on this site. Preferably in Quick Game mode, or if in normal mode finishing games in one or two days.

When playing against AI, possibly also to test or look for strategy, then these days I use the PlayTaflOnline bots.
