Does this include Tournament games ? If so it will be biased towards those game types for which you have run competitions !

Your last "Could be done this way ...", ie 2 each from 4 groups going to the final, makes sense to me Hagbard.

I realise that increasing the number of players proceeding from the first stage will increase the number of Copenhagen games in the final stage, but I think two players should proceed from each group to the final stage.
