I offer that any grouping for tournament rounds be sorted so that players of similar rating face each other. Random grouping will lead to slaughters in the first round. Both grouping concepts are fair in their own way.

Is there an established name for the White position involving the L-shaped group of King and defenders on c4 and d5? This position can take any L-shape where the King is the angle of the L. Question on corner captures in Brandubh. Below is an example.

1. There is an Attacker on square C1.
2. The King moves B2-B1.
3. A second Attacker moves B4-B2.

Does the second Attacker's move, B4-B2, capture the King in Brandubh? The King would be captured in Old Hnefatafl.
